24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)The worst estate agents ever! Customer service is rubbish! Staffs are extremely rude and useless. They don't work professionally. Especially a woman that keeps hanging up on you when you call them! ?????? Outrageous! They think they own you but they forgot without us(people) there won't be a job for them. I would not recommend this letting agents to anyone.... Just nightmare.. Very very disappointed!

Kate was amazing - kind, personable, professional, reliable and across all the detail. She was on top of the whole chain and pushed it all through, and was alway at the end of the phone to help. So grateful to her and the team. Would definitely recommend Wheelers if you're looking for an estate agent.

I know the seller was particularly demanding at times and required them to show extreme patience. Thanks to Mike and Tom for all your help it has been very much appreciated.

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have tried to purchase 2 properties through Freeman Foreman and will never go to them again. They do not appear to value or want to work with buyers. The first time they didnt bother to turn up to a viewing and the second time where very dismissive of an offer i put forward, saying when i had on offer on my property to come back ... but in a dismissive efficiace way. I thought estate agents were meant to work for buys and sellers to get the best deal for their seller ... not upset buyers so they walk away from the agency!
30th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Healy & Newsom, and in particular Lisa in Sales Progression, were instrumental in the successful sale of our property and the navigation of some particularly tricky and stressful negotiations. Lisa in particular provided a unique service I've never experienced before with an estate agent. Getting actively involved in the entire chain to spur on progress, while keeping me directly informed, explaining timelines/challenges and processes and even at times basically giving me therapy. She single handedly kept me sane during what became a particularly stressful sale due to personal circumstances and time pressures that the buyer utilised to their advantage, and without her help and H&N's guidance and protection I probably would have crumbled, so a MASSIVE thank you in particular to her. I also wanted to thank Simon who jumped in towards the end to help push negotiations, exchange and completion over the line. So to conclude; I can't and couldn't recommend an estate agent more than I do Healy & Newsom. Absolute legends.

I am new to the area and they provided quick and thorough advice, ensuring that I felt comfortable in viewing properties within my budget and to my specifications. Sydney in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - getting back to me quickly, acting professionally and friendly, and matching me with properties whenever they came through. I highly recommend Fox and Sons in Seaford if you are buying or selling!!

However, needs must; and I have to credit Kirsty at Scott Estates for being incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I spoke to Sophie, Max and Fred - I honestly cannot think of a way they could have been more helpful or more lovely. Sophie’s viewing style was perfect for me, she’s friendly and calm so naturally puts you at ease. She allowed me to take the lead (walk into rooms first, and chose the order to go round the home) - this respectful approach allowed me to fully engage with the space, and further put me at ease as I viewed. Viewing rooms in the order I wanted allowed me to put my priorities for a home first - providing an opportunity to really imagine myself in the home. Throughout this process the team have been knowledgable about the house, clear, and transparent - taking time to explain the process, and answer any (and all!) of my questions. As a result I felt supported, and really enjoyed interactions with the team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)As a local landlord I have used Hanover Homes as my letting agent for over thirty years, going back to when they were Wilkinsons in Elm Grove. The fact I have stayed with them for so long says more about their service than I can explain. They take the effort out of being a landlord at a very fair commission. When they book tradesmen the prices negotiated are very fair. I have other properties, outside of the area that Hanover covers and the letting agents there are permanently trying to rip me off with inflated trade prices, such that I book my own Gas certificates etc, but with Hanover I don't bother as the prices they pay are often cheaper than I can negotiate. If you would like to speak to me about their service then I have authorised them to give my email to any landlord that might be looking to improve the service they get from their current letting agency.
