I truly appreciate the support and service provided over the years and would highly recommend Martin & Co, especially Rak, for their reliable and tenant-focused approach.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

Rob was always quick to respond, easy to reach by phone or message, and patient in answering every question I had. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Jackson-Stops!

6th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

The team from Jo who values with such enthusiasm , the lovely sales team, who kept me informed after every viewing to Caroline who dealt with everything once a buyer was found are superb. 17th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Elms Price and Co if you are looking to sell your home. This was a very emotional time for our family, having to deal with probate and sell our parents family home. Andrew, Dale and the team showed a tremendous amount of empathy and support. Their valuation was accurate, and there was never any pressure or hard sell. The whole process and support dealing with the solicitors and all the necessary paperwork was first class. If you are looking to buy or sell, I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and the team. First-class service all round.

Excellent service throughout the process, open and transparent and they responded quickly to an initial maintenance issue. I would highly recommend them as a tenant and would happily use them again.

What could have been a difficult experience was made easier by feeling able to ask lots of questions without judgement. Jess in particular helped me through to completion once an offer was made. She was always happy to help and kept me informed.
