24th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

25th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’d have had an easier time getting blood out of a stone than getting my own deposit back.<br><br>My tenancy ended, yet Gray & Co withheld my entire deposit while they waited for quotes and paperwork. Not a penny of the undisputed funds was released, and I eventually had to start the MyDeposits dispute process myself.<br><br>I was even encouraged to agree to deductions to “avoid going to dispute” and warned that if I did dispute, the landlord would ask for even more.<br><br>If your idea of good customer service is endless chasing, shifting goalposts and fighting for your own money, you’ll feel right at home. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)My experience with Danny Fisher and Fisher Estates has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, with emails often ignored for weeks. On one occasion I had six emails unanswered, and as I write this my latest email has been ignored for over 6 weeks.<br><br>I paid for a full management service but received very little management. Over more than two years I received only one inventory report. On another occasion I was sent the inventory report for an entirely different property, and despite raising this, I never received the correct report. I also received no regular inspection photos, videos or property updates.<br><br>I remain £300 out of pocket following a cleaning deduction that still hasn’t been properly explained or supported with invoices, despite repeated requests.<br><br>After exhausting the company’s complaints process, I have now referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman. This review reflects my own experience.
