19th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.
22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!
19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Wards at Gravesend have been proactive and very enthusiastic in marketing my property with a particular shoutout to Adam but also to other team members on the viewings and marketing team. Adam stayed in contact constantly by phone and provided updates and has been the real fee earner for Wards so far. The sale process is still ongoing so I cannot provide a full review of the rest of the process. One thing to note is emails go unanswered so it’s best to call. And if you get the call centre don’t wait for a callback which might not come just call again later.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)We recently completed the purchase of a house marketed by Farsons Property Group and dealt mainly with Jacob himself. The service delivered was adequate at best. We were part of a chain, which we disclosed to Jacob from the very beginning and remained transparent throughout our communication. However, when challenges arose in the process, instead of mediating or involving our vendors, it felt as though Jacob passed along their negativity, aggravating an already delicate situation. The sale was completed, and matters were mediated, but by other parties involved. We were particularly undemanding as purchasers, but any requests we made via Jacob were not answered in a timely or particularly professional manner. We felt undervalued as FPG customers, so we would not recommend their services.
13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I met Andy for a property purchase, from the get go he was on the spot he followed up with vendor and arranged appointments and viewings swiftly, he also connected me to a brillient mortgage advisor who helped me secure a better deal at that time on the last minute as due to the regional middle eastern conflict the rates were rising. Additionally, Amenda helped get the purcahse she keep me in the loop, followed up with solicitors and made sure things were progressing.<br><br>I would definately recommend them.

I met with Lewis at the property, we had a lively discussion on the benefits and opportunity relating to the building, its potential and reviewing the wider impacts of the location. Harris &Wood demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the market, described some innovative marketing strategies and performed above my expectations.
