The process was quick and easy, we were able to buy a house within just three months. There was no pressure at all. Mr. Robbie is kind and honest, and we are truly grateful for his support. We are very happy. It has been a great journey.

13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)My experience with this estate agent was very disappointing. I felt that the service was rude and overly aggressive, and there was significant unnecessary pressure to close the deal quickly.I felt pressured throughout the process, including an instance of gazumping, which added unnecessary stress.Additionally, there were moments where unhelpful comments were made regarding my solicitor during the conveyancing process. Overall, the experience took away much of the excitement of buying a new home for me and my family. Based on my experience, I would caution others and recommend carefully considering other agents in the area.

The team handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out and we got more than the asking price for our property so obviously we were extremely pleased. I felt well supported at every stage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

Every member of staff (to name a few Kevin, Hakan, Jessica, Filiz, Eda) have been outstanding, especially the CEO, Kevin, whose customer service and problem-solving went way beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. IC Properties are simply miles ahead of other agents.<br>Recently, I’ve been working with Filiz and Eda on a property sale, and both have been brilliant. Filiz is always positive, proactive, and strategic, while Eda is equally dedicated, friendly, and never gives up on finding the right property. Thanks to the entire IC Properties team for years of fantastic service and for always making my visits to the office so pleasant. Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

Originally priced the property above the recommended value had 16 viewing that David Martin undertook. Communications by phone and email were good keeping us in the picture. They obtained the buyer and communicated well during the negotiation process.

Having a sold a number of properties before, I was impressed with Dean's care and attention with the sale process and his communications to keep me up to date. Dean was able to handle, and deal with, the inevitable "bumps in the road" when selling a house and gave sensible practical advise and assistance when needed.

Purchasing our new home was a big step for us, but the team provided us with reassurance and knowledge throughout. Krisztina is brilliant and personable. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to facilitate a number of visits for us, always accommodating and patient (alongside the sellers!) while we took the time to make the right decision and even with us having a new baby in the middle of the purchasing process. Lawrence was also key in getting the purchase over the line. He was communicative and helped all parties stay aligned, which made a real difference in securing our dream home. We’re genuinely grateful for the support and expertise shown by both Krisztina and Lawrence. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy - a very capable team.

23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house.
