23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

14th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

15th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.

I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
15th May 2025 (1 year ago)As a landlord I have been lucky enough to use Compass to rent out my properties for 20 years. All of the staff, now and when I started using them, have always been amazing, kind and efficient, and it is with pleasure that I give them a 5 star review.
