13th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)This was the third time I have used Hill Clements to buy or sell a house and on each occasion they were very pleasant to deal with. I consider them to be 'gentleman' estate agents: straight forward, open, no game-playing and very good advice.
10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience of this agent. In the past, made offers which were not responded to/acknowledged for weeks. Poor communication between the office staff. They have a number of properties for sale with "overage" provisions - a lot of estate agents are not keen to sell these types of property due to the significant stress, hassle and legal complications for buyers and sellers. I would never sell my property through Peter Leete. There are other more reputable, professional estate agents in Grayshott to choose from.

29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
