29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I had a truly wonderful experience with William H Brown and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new home.<br>They helped me find a house very quickly and were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their assistance with all the paperwork, emails, keys, and other important details. As I am not very familiar with using websites and online systems, I sometimes found the process a little difficult to manage on my own. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and guided me through everything step by step. She was always patient, kind, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do.<br>Sara was also very helpful and supportive with my case, although Paige was the person who guided me throughout most of the process. Both ladies were extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance.<br>I am very grateful for all their help and support. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and kindness.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend William H Brown. Everything about my experience was a big positive, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much, especially to Paige and Sara, for all your help!

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. 22nd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

16th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier.
