19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
13th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.

Their expertise in the local market was evident, and their marketing strategy showed off the property to its best advantage, while reaching a wide audience. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

The services they provided were excellent, great team, always very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t have made the whole process from beginning to end any easier. Would happily use Hemmings Homes again and would recommend to anyone who wants to buy or sell as they made the whole experience very simple for us. Thank you to everyone at Hemmings Homes.

17th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)On 16.july.25 we had an appointment with Anisah Aziz. She may have been a trainee, but this young lady was 100% professional. Clearly explained to older family members what was going on. Can't fault her in any way. Sure she have an amazing career. Thankyou happy client.
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Despite saying online that they provide development advice to rural estates they were unable to give any help in this matter at all. Fobbed me off with the details of another company who turned out to be equally useless.
5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.

18th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Finally Belvoir you have got a fantastic manager in Tracey she is a lovely lovely lady with great understanding of others her people skills are outstanding to be frank she is a great asset to Belvoir .and today I met Jemma she was absolutely lovely her people skills were brill she shows compassion and understanding makes you feel your being listened to and understood thank you Jemma yet again Belvoir she was outstanding and truly put me at ease a lot better than the other young lady with bad attitude and zero people skills I'm so glad shes gone well done Kirkcaldy Belvoir you are simply the best and I for one lovezz you 2 ladies thank you both you make a great team seriously recommend these staff at Kirkcaldy to anyone
