She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)????? A First-Class Team We cannot recommend Property Connections in Bathgate highly enough. From start to finish, the service was slick, smooth, and very professional. Kevin Slattery was our estate agent and he is truly in a league of his own. Throughout the entire process, he remained incredibly efficient and maintained a calm, professional manner that instantly put us at ease from day one. His knowledge of the current property market and sales is second to none, he really knows his stuff. The social media coverage and the house video were brilliant and presented our home in the best possible light. Also a huge thank you also to the rest of the office team who kept us updated every step of the way, we never had to chase anyone for information. Selling a home is stressful, but Kevin’s sense of humour was much appreciated when things got tense. It made a world of difference! Suzanne came out to provide the valuation and she really put us at ease and explained everything well. Throughout the viewings process the team kept us updated about how things were going and provided us great advice on what our options were when offers started to come in. I would absolutely recommend YourMove if you are thinking of selling or buying a home.

24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.- 6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Clyde property Stirling have recently sold our house. It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.

This is our second time in 3 years using their services for two very stressful house moves. Lynsey dealt with everything so efficiently and explained everything clearly. I cannot recommend this Company / Service highly enough. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend to others. Thank you again!

They were accommodating and worked around our lives with two young kids when it came to viewings by their viewing agent. Selling even achieved above home report value with the well advertised and pictures taken. Provided recommendations for solicitors and surveyors they work with too. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again for future moves.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. 24th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.
9th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?
2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)We haven’t actually used the services of Avenue Road yet, but I feel compelled to write this review anyway. We viewed a house on a bit of a whim and decided we wanted to make an offer. We’d therefore need to put our own house on the market pretty fast! We had a property valuation with Andrew literally the next day. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgable about the local area. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up going to the market as our offer wasn’t accepted on the purchase but if we were, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Andrew again.

He called us with a property that came back on the market we were really interested in and if it wasn't for him we were ready for giving up. Kellie and Sammie have also been great, everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful.
