22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with the rental agency. I was a tenant with them for five years, during which they conducted quarterly inspections. On each visit, no significant issues were ever raised, and I was never informed of any major concerns regarding the condition of the property.<br><br>However, at the end of my tenancy, they suddenly presented an excessive number of alleged issues and proceeded to deduct over £1,600 from my deposit — ultimately returning nothing at all. This was both shocking and deeply frustrating, particularly given the lack of prior complaints throughout my tenancy. The situation feels unfair and unjustified, especially after maintaining a long-term and seemingly trouble-free rental history with them.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

A complex chain, with multiple delays, was progressed with patient perseverance to a successful sale. I appreciated Paul's vast experience of sales in the area, plus relationships with local solicitors and other estate agents, which I firmly believe kept our sale on track. Thanks

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We bought a house from Alex at Nicholsons a few years ago and had a great experience so when it came time to sell we knew we wanted to work with him again. Alex and the Nicholsons Fleet team were incredible throughout a very long and drawn out process (due to the chain above). They got our house sold within two days of getting it on the market and when the buyers pulled out six months later due to delays at the top of the chain they found us new buyers, again within a couple of days. Communication was great and Alex kept us updated at every single stage. I highly recommend Nicholsons!
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

Kept us informed during all the stages of the move, keeping it swiftly moving forward which meant the sale went through very quickly. We would definitely recommend using Frank if you are moving home. We had viewings within 48 hours of the property going on the market and offers within the price ranged recommended by the agent, taking our thoughts on value into consideration, on the same day as the viewings. He has kept in touch with us through out the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!
