22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.

Always a go-to place for Property related Services and Letting Property over many years. More recently Shires sold my remaining Property. The Office Staff have always been professional and caring in relation to me, in what more recently has been an emotive time at the end of an era. Had to follow up almost a week later with a phonecall to be told too many other people booked in for viewings, so would only be considered if none accepted after this time. Poor management and way to run a business!
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have just concluded letting from this agency for 4.5 years. Let me tell you this, you will not find a more accommodating agent than Karen. She was always incredibly responsive, quick to email us back, and worked diligently to make sure any sort of issues that came up with our home were resolved. She always seemed to be in our corner, and never wavered from that stance. If you’re new to the area or looking for a place to move to- I would definitely consider renting from them. Meet Karen once, and you will understand why.
