26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Two sets of people who couldn’t afford the rent were put forward not several as Nikki stated. And as my 22 years of being a landlord my experience and long term rental objectives were completely ignored they said my decision went against their co ethos I am running a property business which has nothing to do with character or custom which if you didn’t know what ethos means. So they took my three bed off the market without any explanation or communication like a child throwing its toys out of a pram. Didn’t give me any feedback about viewings either none and I know for a fact they lied about the availability of the house to an applicant. Never darken my door again don’t use this team just an awful experience. They are also very fond of sending what are clearly templated replies to your emails.

She was so kind, calm, patient and welcoming - making us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. She took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel like any question was too small or silly. Her welcome and genuine warmth meant we were able to truly relax and thoroughly enjoy viewing what is now our first home.<br><br>Throughout the purchase process, Lisa was our main point of contract and we honestly cannot thank her enough! Her kindness, care and diligence were second to none, and she consistently went above and beyond to support us. 13th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I have already recommended James to neighbours and would trust him again. He’s a great guy who works hard for his clients. Thank you James. J&R.
