Beth and Phillip have provided an excellent service for our house sale. We have an agreed sale within 3 weeks of listing. Unfortunately, through no fault of Andews or our buyers, it fell through in the last two weeks before completion. However, Beth really pulled out all the stops in re-listing our place within an hour, securing a viewing the following morning. We had another confirmed offered, for the full value, within 24 hours of our buying having to pull out.<br><br>This absolutely saved our purchase. The developer we are buying from effectively pulled out purchase but, thanks solely to Beth and Andrews, the rescused the sitation for us and we're back on for a move to our next dream home!<br><br>I really can thank or recommend them enough and would absolutely use their services again if needed.<br><br>Also, a special shout out to Russell Clark, Andrews Mortgage & Protection Adviser too. Our usual mortgage advisor didn't give us entirely accurate advice and Russell gave us a second option which really helped us understand our options better and, also, provided a range or good offers at a later stage when we realised we wouldn't be sticking with our existing mortgage provider. Worth every penny of their moderate charge and we'll be a future customer of theirs when it comes to our remortgage, I've no doubt.<br><br>I've never paid for a mortgage advisor in the past but I would definitely recommend considering it as he's also help secure purchase at a better rate than we were originally expecting.

They sourced an array of viewings, regularly checked in, reported progress, and helped successfully sell my house for a price we were happy with.<br><br>There were multiple problems along the way including many offers being too low, financial restrictions from buyers, and people pulling out of our chain, to name a few. During this time I have found it very difficult getting hold of staff at Andrews but these two members of staff were always easy to contact and if they were not able to take a call, would always phone back soon after. Likewise with emails, they always responded quickly. They would even help if the reason for my contact wasn' t in their remit.

I had a property to sell so contacted a few agents with offices nearby as I lived outside the area. From the start, Andrews stood head and shoulders above the other agents with their attentiveness, honesty and market knowledge. Early on, during valuation, fee negotiation and marketing they were down to earth and straight talking. Throughout the sale, all the staff were very professional, helpful and had great communications skills. Everyone at Andrews helped ensure good progress and handled every aspect of the sale very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Choosing an agent to sell Dad’s house after 64 years of occupancy was a big decision. This, coupled with 50 years (out of area) experience in Estate Agency made us a bit picky! Andrews stepped up to the mark on all counts – they were professional, got the pricing right, gave outstanding communication, handled all viewings and offers well and gave good advice at every stage together with a sensible fee. I'm not a stooge (!), genuine review! I used this Andrews office for a number of different things during 2019, including a potential sale and a purchase.<br>On the sale front I found an agent prepared to put the property on for more but it eventually sold for the amount Andrews recommended, so I wish I had gone with them.<br>On viewing properties they were super honest on price, benefits, pitfalls etc and nothing was too much trouble.<br>The same for the actual purchase, all done with friendliness and went very smoothly. They treat you with respect and no question is a daft question, do ask away and you'll get the best from Andrews.

Really pleased I used Andrews to sell my property. Very effective team, good communication, strong negotiation with buyers, excellent photography and a good sales c-ordinator to keep sale on track. Could have gone with a cheaper fee from another agent but actually I got the impression Andrews would achieve a better sales price and in the end Andrews certainly earnt their extra fee by negotiating a good sale price with a good buyer.<br><br>Happy to recommend and will use again.
