They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

However, we couldn't have asked for better support than what we received from Zerda at Abbotts. Throughout all the inevitable twists, turns, and hurdles of the chain, she was a constant source of help and guidance. She kept communication open, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and supported us every step of the way to get us across the finish line. Would strongly recommend!

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. I was impressed that the agent who valued the property did most of the viewings, meaning he was able to talk really convincingly about the property. We sold slightly under the guide price (during a difficult time in the market) but still at a higher price than what other agents had valued the flat at.
