11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.

This was always really helpful in understanding why things might not have worked out. Followed up and generated leads actively. Friendly and personal service.

6th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. It is disgusting.

12th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Do not entertain using this property service! They didnt return my deposit in full only to advertise it again using pictures of work I had previously completed. Then to add insult to injury they are doing the same again. I have walked past the house on numerous occasions to clearly see no changes have been made they just wanted some extra cash. Difficult to get hold of when required, will promise the world and supply nothing and what they do/try to fix is half arsed and shoddy. Save yourself the hassle and look at other property agents these are not worth your time or money...

29th May 2020 (5 years ago)Paul’s expertise in the commercial property field was instrumental in helping me to obtain a change of use, and planning permission for my Grade 2 Listed building. He used his wealth of experience to prepare a report to submit to the planners to find “the optimum viable use” of my building. That is not as simple as it sounds, as the building being Listed has many restrictions. However, Paul using his local knowledge and experience prepared a list of possible options. The Planning Committee valued his report, and permission was granted. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services unreservedly.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
