11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.

From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

From my first enquiry, the team was responsive, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in detail and provided clear, practical advice that really helped me make informed decisions. What stood out most was their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I fully understood the process. The service felt personal, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. 8th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.

29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Alison and team have been patient and supportive throughout my complex and convoluted buying and selling venture which took far longer than expected and involved many Groundhog Days. Nothing was too much trouble and a great deal of 'hand holding' was necessary as this was the first time I had done this. Alison took great care to keep me informed at every stage and was available whenever needed, with no question too surreal. She even carefully re-homed my gander! I would call that above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending Alison & team at Character & Country who made a very difficult effort so much easier than it might have been. 12 out of 10.
