I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price

The process was made smoother by all the staff I dealt with. I could always speak to someone very quickly when I needed to and they pushed things along when needed.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

Communication is good, and Sigita and all the other member of the team are very helpful and friendly to deal with. They are also good at keeping us up to date with Landlord and Tenant law and other matters.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)My partner and I are first time buyers and spoke with Craig Legge very early on with little to no knowledge of the process and he has been incredibly helpful and informative throughout. From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!
21st Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The property we let is managed by Martin and Co. Whenever we have an issue, the maintenance team are quick to sort it, usually within 24 hours. We had a problem with our power this morning and they had an electrician around in just a few hours from when I reported the issue. This team is efficient and kind! Highly recommend

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I let a property with Handles for 3 years and then in 2025 sold the property. During this time I was acting as power of attorney for my father, as owner of the property, and then during the sale as his executor. Every member of the Handles team was understanding and went above and beyond to help, whether it was during the letting or the sale. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent. They are knowledgeable and try to find solutions. An excellent team and excellent customer experience.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The Property Centre in Churchdown have been brilliant in the way they have handled the selling of my house. They kept me informed as to progress and viewings and looked after the house for me as I am not local. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing is too much trouble, communication superb, 100% professional and helpful. Would definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you again guys n gals. 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We selected Cook Residential to sell our apartment because we’d had a positive experience with them in the past and their valuation of the property seemed realistic. We are very glad that we made this decision as the sale on this occasion proved difficult for reasons outside their control but they remained effective and positive throughout. We had dealings with a number of their staff, all of whom were invariably friendly and polite, but during the prolonged conveyancing process it was specifically Zack Wojtowicz who made the difference. With unfaltering tenacity he kept the momentum going by liaising regularly with both sets of solicitors, ensuring that the appropriate next steps were identified and the necessary actions taken, and he was assiduous in keeping us informed of progress on a regular weekly basis. His calm, positive approach, sound advice , combined with his expertise and effective communication, made all the difference – without his interventions the process would potentially have taken much longer and would certainly have been considerably more stressful.

The marketing process was quick and straightforward, generating plenty of suitable interest. The tenancy agreement and overall set-up were handled smoothly and stress-free. Selena has always been readily available to work alongside us and the tenants whenever maintenance has been required, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently. Communication with the team has been outstanding, which has made our partnership both easy and successful. We would highly recommend Thomas & Thomas to anyone looking for estate agent services in the Gloucestershire area.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a property viewing booked today confirmed by phone and email. I arrive and find out it’s been cancelled. They sent a text message but only twenty minutes before. This was a one hour round trip - very frustrating.
