Their advice, patience, professionalism, overall support and willingness to get things done was exemplary and very much appreciated... I can't recommend them, (or thank them), enough as the well established, knowledgeable local agents they are to able to help you also sell your property!...

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Really strange and rude estate agent, walked in with my wife a few weeks ago and spoke to an elderly man Jonathan who manages this place. He was extremely rude and judged us on our appearance - we weren't dressed like "Hampsteaders" and said he'd follow up with properties and never did. I work in Private Equity alongside my wife, we would have happily closed on a place and made them a good cut. We will go somewhere else.

29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with Paul Simon. My company had shown genuine interest in one of the commercial properties advertised for rent by your firm. Given our interest, I contacted your office to discuss the opportunity and obtain further details about the property and the rental process. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with your representative was both discouraging and unprofessional. During our phone conversation, I was informed that Paul Simon was only considering “blue chip” companies such as Starbucks and similar large corporations for the tenancy. This statement was made without any inquiry into my company’s background, credentials, or financial standing. I found this approach to be dismissive and prejudiced, particularly as it overlooked the potential of other reputable businesses that may not be globally recognised household names. In the business and property sectors, professionalism, fairness, and respect toward all potential clients are fundamental principles that help maintain a positive reputation and foster long-term relationships. The response I received, however, reflected a lack of openness and inclusivity, and it left me with the impression that smaller or privately-owned enterprises are not valued or given fair consideration. It is disappointing to encounter such behaviour from an established company that promotes itself as a leader in property management and leasing. I hope that Paul Simon takes this feedback constructively and ensures that all inquiries—regardless of the size or public profile of the prospective tenant—are handled with equal courtesy and professionalism. Every business, large or small, deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to present its credentials before being dismissed. I genuinely hope that this feedback encourages reflection within your team, leading to a more equitable and professional approach toward potential clients in the future.

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I had an excellent experience with another Chase Buchanan branch years ago when I rented my house out with them. I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. Thank you Dominick and the Isleworth team!

29th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)Recently brought a property through Charringtons and I genuinely found them to be very polite, professional, honest and informative throughout the process. I speak as someone with above average knowledge of the industry and they provided exactly what I requested or were transparent when it wasn't possible along with reasoning and proposed work around. I would also say that they got the balance right between advocating for myself as the buyer, the seller and getting the sale over the line with expediency. There were multiple issues with this exchange that needed ironing out and they were able to effectively liaise between the buyer and seller to attain progress and at no extra cost to the seller via paying for another seller's pack. They were also able to assist with myself getting the keys to the garage before exchange completion which was a bit of a life saver as we were getting turfed out of our current property the week before. They were also able provide updates more promptly than our solicitors, particularly at the end as we were waiting for tenants occupying the property to vacate, which I believe they were managing also and assisted in finding them another property. I would also add that we settled on a price below the (high) asking price but still reasonable for the seller IMO (I feel I could have low balled in the current market if I was able to be sufficiently patient, so what we settled in I'd say is slightly above the market price). So a special thank you to Michael & Co at Charringtons and I would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling/letting/renting. Plus it helps that they are all good/friendly people too.

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

When we came to sell our main home, his firm was the obvious choice. Cody was the lead agent for selling our house. We were selling in a difficult market, nevertheless Cody and team ensured that the property had good coverage, drawing from their large client base. They handled viewings professionally and with consideration to us. We were delighted when they found us a strong purchaser. They put in an enormous amount of work up to exchange and beyond. They handled issues that arose and we felt informed and supported throughout. They were able to provide solutions to concerns that arose in what was a difficult transaction. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
