From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. We couldn't have asked for better support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, transparent, and expert service!

9th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)We both bought and sold bungalows successfully through Diamond Mills. Alan was particularly effective at gaining trust with ourselves and potential buyers. He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

Jamie was a superstar throughout, from the no nonsense no pressure visit to value our house right through to supporting us through a very lengthy sales chain and at times nail biting process. Very patient, a great listener and gave us some good advice. We appreciate everything that was done to be able to secure us our new home
