Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys ??????

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

17th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. 30th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
