Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)It was a highly controvercial transaction due to divorce/separation but Paul Simon was at the top of it. Their skills and local knowledge helped a lot
23rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.
2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)We worked with Angie and she was absolutely wonderful. Thorough, organised, and delivered a great service. Better than any agency I’ve worked with in the past and I’ve rented in London for over 10 years.
1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.

I would like to personally thank Thivi and Dawn, who are highly knowledgeable, understand our needs, and are extremely accommodating with our viewings.
20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
4th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.
