18th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

Her communication was fantastic, keeping me regularly updated at every stage and always being on hand to answer any questions. She genuinely couldn't have been more helpful, and her professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Scarlotte and the team at Century 21 highly enough.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Not time to say much. But it took a whole year to sell my house. No fault of the agent ( just a slow market at this time) But all staff professional, friendly & always contactable. 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I'm currently purchasing a home through Whitegates Woolton, and I honestly couldn't fault the service from Lorraine and Georgina.<br><br>From start to finish, they kept in regular contact with me, providing weekly updates and always taking the time to chase progress when things seemed to stall. There were points where communication had broken down elsewhere in the chain, but Lorraine and Georgina went above and beyond to keep everyone talking, track down updates, and push things forward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Lorraine and Georgina for all their hard work, support, and dedication. They genuinely cared about getting things over the line and making sure I was kept informed every step of the way.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitegates Woolton. ??????
29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. They sold our property within just 6 weeks, and we completed in only 8 weeks, which was brilliant!<br>The communication between all parties was excellent.<br>Thank you Atlas, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Atlas for all their hard work.
3rd Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
