Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

We were left high and dry after dealing with the worst estate agent in Otford, only to find ourselves thankfully in very capable hands. Seamless rental arranged by Paddi/Rose while waiting for our purchase to go through. Can't fault any of the process, always available to speak to, timely responses to emails. Hamptons went above and beyond. Many thanks.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

It was thanks to Ivan that after the longest search we managed to find our perfect family home. Both Ivan and Glenn helped the process along and couldnt have asked for more. 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret!<br><br>From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. I don’t plan to move again any time soon but when I do I know exactly who I’ll be calling to help with the process.

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.- 28th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Buying this house has proved to be a challenge in many ways but James and the Sevenoaks team have been pretty honest and fair with both sides. As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
