I popped into this company’s office and asked for details of a house shown in their window. I have had my house valued by them, and therefore I’m on their system. The receptionist took my name and then took so long to try to find me in her system and wouldn’t release the house details until she did so, so I gave up after 10 minutes and left the shop. She claimed that they couldn’t release house details unless they had a record of who they had given it to. This is quite different to any other Estate Agent in Sevenoaks.

A few weeks ago, we sold our house through Langford Russell. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Sevenoaks that really looks after you, then use this one! They are professional, have excellent marketing, and answer the phone quickly at all times. Everybody there knew what was going on, problems were resolved quickly and Paul and Michelle were just brilliant.
Bearing in mind what the market is like at the moment, from the first viewings to completion took just 15 weeks.
Various Estate Agents initially came and valued the house. Langford Russell were the quickest to return to us. One, who might be regarded as the “Leading Estate Agent” in Sevenoaks, didn’t come back to me until I rang a week later and then quoted a figure (and bear in mind this was before any potential offers might have been made) that was 16% lower than what Langford Russell actually SOLD ours for. This is a substantial amount of money.

Very pleased we used LR to sell our bungalow in Tunbridge Wells. In our quest to find a suitable property we have come across some really poor agents and property details which lack virtual tours, floor plans and square footage. Our virtual tour and floor plan included not only the property but the garden and the garden office ( Superb photography too) . The square footage of the house, garage and office were all shown. The team recommended one of their own vendors to view and he subsequently purchased. Paul Reid and his team are very efficient and knowledgeable and handled the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home with incredible smoothness. A special mention must go to Will and Christiana who went above and beyond to help to the extent that Will even took my call to his mobile phone on his day off and Christiana scanned some urgent documents to my solicitor when my scanner failed to work.

Excellent service from Langford Russell - would highly recommend! As a landlord of a number of properties, I can honestly say that their speed of response and commitment to the sale were outstanding. We went to market in June, and received an overwhelming response to the advert. Chris Salt, the Operations Manager, gave the sale his personal support and 32 viewings were arranged over 2 days. In the event, we received 17 firm offers and went to sealed bids, achieving a sale price 20% higher than we had anticipated. There is no doubt that their experience in the London housing market proved invaluable on this occasion and they were ready for the rush! I have viewed multiple houses and Emily was the first estate agent to come armed with information that was extremely useful and informative. So far, all other estate agents have not know vital information such as, how old and where the boiler is, is the loft boarded, etc, all questions that as a purchaser you want to know.
