9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service from Mel and his team. I met Mel along with other high street agents in dealing with my Grandmothers property following her passing. Mel stood out in his extensive knowledge of the area, no nonsense approach and straight up advice. He didn't overcomplicate anything and was very down to earth, and explained the process clearly, and didn't put any unnecessary pressure on during what was a distressing time for us as a family. Mel had the property marketed, and people to view within a matter of weeks and the first viewer took the property. We were updated on the progress throughout by Mel, always felt at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble. Phones calls and questions always answered and replied to and we were well looked after with utmost efficiency and professionalism. His years of experience definitely shone through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mel and the team at Hipps to anyone.

13th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

The Franklin Allan team throughout the 10-year period have been friendly, professional and always reliable. They are courteous and responsive and have treated me with upmost respect. They guided me through more challenging times and are always there when needed. Franklin Allan also recently marketed and sold my property for me – all done effectively and professionally. This is a great team. I would 100% recommend them.

As a support worker assisting my clients in securing a property, it was important that the process was smooth and well-communicated, and Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout. She responded to our emails very quickly, kept us updated at every stage, and assisted with everything to a very high standard. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier for both myself and my clients. I would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings in Emsworth, and especially Danielle, for their outstanding support and service.

25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Initially, Belvoir were fine to deal with, and for a long time our tenancy was managed adequately. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once Sheila became involved, and the experience deteriorated rapidly from that point onward. Despite us living in the property for over three years, they forgot that we were moving out, blaming internal handover issues that were entirely Belvoir’s responsibility, not ours. This caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult move. When we tried to resolve this, Sheila was rude, hostile, and unprofessional on the phone. Following our exit, it became clear that Belvoir were missing large amounts of essential tenancy data, including records of maintenance, inspections, and issues we had raised throughout our tenancy. Because these records no longer existed, legitimate issues were then questioned during the deposit process, purely due to their own poor record keeping. This raised serious concerns that our personal data had also been mishandled or lost, likely due to inadequate handovers between the multiple agents we were passed between over the years. As a result, I submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) to confirm what personal data Belvoir held about us. Alarmingly, they did not understand what a Subject Access Request was or why it was required, which highlights a concerning lack of knowledge around basic data protection obligations. When the SAR was eventually provided, it was incomplete and confirmed that Belvoir have lost significant personal data, including copies of our passport, despite confirming that such documents should be retained for 7 years. We were also informed that all inboxes of previous agents had been deleted, which explains the absence of tenancy records. Since then, my emails have been ignored, and I am still trying to obtain confirmation of when this data was deleted and under what lawful basis, as this does not appear to be GDPR compliant. I strongly recommend that anyone who has rented with Belvoir for a significant period submits a Subject Access Request to ensure they have accurate tenancy records and that their personal data has not been lost or improperly deleted. Belvoir’s service quality has clearly declined, and the handling of our tenancy and personal data has been unacceptable.
20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.- 6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Our experience with Martin & Co was brilliant. 8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Had a viewing with someone from this company was really interested in the property asked to put a deposit down. We then got told we had to wait as lanlord had put it up for rent on another site. Waited for a reply for weeks in the end tried to see if we could get a reply or a call back but we got nothing. We replied on the website for property and still didn't hear anything back. Now its had a let agreed and still no reply. Absolutely devastated and annoyed would have been nice for a quick message to say sorry its not available.

3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Aidan at Brokenhurst was our EA and for a first time buyer he was brilliant, on first showing us the house he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, when issues were brought up buy our bank he went absolutely above and beyond in helping us to resolve the issue. Aidan worked tirelessly and always kept us informed. I honestly couldn't recommend him and the team enough and if/when we sell will be looking to go with Brokenhurst above any other estate agent.
