9th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Everyone at Paul Jeffreys was so helpful all the way though our property search. We were relocating to the area so they provided local information and assisted with weekend visits. Even on Sundays! When the day of completion went completely disastrous (not their fault) they were kind and supportive, letting us “camp” in their office all day. Nothings too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend as they have years of experience between them. ??????
4th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.

Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Without Vicky's determination, patience and support, I honestly don't think I would have made it through this journey with my sanity intact!
