This is something that I never expected to write in a review for an estate agent and probably something I may never have the pleasure of writing again lol. Jakub was the one who helped us get a flat. He has honestly been nothing short of a godsend.

She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I am a young student and I had a great experience renting a room in Warwick Avenue with Houghton Estates. The room was lovely and if I ever had an issue, they dealt with it promptly. The area was absolutely beautiful and I’d love to live there again one day, and hopefully rent another property from them. I really recommend!

10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)AVOID.<br><br>I’ve been a tenant with this agency for four years, but my experience over the past six months has been unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.

Richard was proactive throughout the process, always pleasant and straightforward to deal with, and consistently demonstrated a real sense of urgency in moving things forward.<br><br>He kept on top of the details, followed up when needed, and was clearly focused on getting the deal over the line. We really appreciated his responsiveness and positive approach throughout the sale and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We had a good experience with Foxtons.

They went well above and beyond what I would normally expect from estate agents, always making themselves available, keeping communication clear, and helping to keep everything moving.<br><br>What particularly stood out was their commitment right through to exchange.
