This is the third transaction I’ve completed with them, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the outset, their advice on the selling price was spot on, which gave me real confidence in the process. Despite a challenging market, they generated a strong level of interest and kept me well informed throughout with clear weekly reports. Most importantly, a buyer was secured relatively quickly, and from that point on the sale was handled efficiently and professionally right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies.
