Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. 6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
