3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.

13th May 2020 (5 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
4th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional, incompetent and got harassed for being a prospective landlord. They changed the service % fees after they found a prospective tenant. They couldnt get the listing and the details right.
2nd Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.
17th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)My estate agent was very efficient with responding to emails and would regularly call to give updates when he liased with solicitors. He also had extensive knowledge of the local area.
2nd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one. They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Most bizarre agency I have come across. Books me for a viewing and does not show up nor picks up my calls. I had to wait in the rain and cold for half an hour. At least have the decency to give an update.

From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...
