The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. A poor example of an estate agent. Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.... Read more
