19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

Our family is indebted to you.- 21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Why anyone would ever put their property on the Market with John Francis is beyond me, I'd go so far to say they are the most useless agents in all of Wales but the Narbeth John Francis are the number one worst agents. Whenever you call to arrange to view a property you're greeted with no end of excuses as to why they can't make that particular time or date even when you call over a week in advance, they promise a call back but never do "this isnt a one off its every single time" I'd go so far to say they are the laziest estate agents in Wales "it's no wonder properties sit for weeks on end never selling and just get reduced more than once whilst on John Francis books". And Nathan at Narbeth needs to vastly improve his customer service skills, poor is an understatement. I genuinely can't wait to deal with Ai estate agents over unqualified, unorganised, poorly trained, new out of school human agents, I have dealt with Ai estate agents in other areas of the country and it was like a breath of fresh air.

They have just sold a property for me which wasn’t straightforward, but the whole process from start to finish was handled really well by the team are Popular Move. From the initial valuation, there was constant communication and updates about the progress of the sale which was professional and still friendly, helping to keep nerves from fraying! Thank you very much too all the team, I will definitely come back next time The upcoming budget
26th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)To be honest we were given a valuation and gave JF Milford Haven the house. We don’t feel that the house was advertised very good. The only correspondence we had from JF was a weekly email to constantly ask for the price to be dropped and when I looked in their window the main picture was an overhead view of the town where I would have thought it should have been the house . Would I recommend unfortunately not

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I had the pleasure of meeting Lheyton at my mother’s property who took time to explain to me in simple terms about the letting of her home. I have to say, I am bowled over by the way he explained things simply to us and have every confidence that he and the FBM team are the right agents for us. We’re not quite ready yet to take the plunge as first time landlords but when we do, Lheyton is the man for the Job for sure. Definitely the best estate agent I have dealt with and highly recommend Lheyton at FBM- 1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We recently used John Francis Pembroke for the sale of our house, a massive thanks to Haydn and Georgina, they were fantastic from start to finish. 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I really can't praise the service I have received from the team at West Wales Properties highly enough. From the great first impression at our initial meeting with James, the exceptional and very clever marketing by Emma, support with viewings (which started as soon as our property was listed) from Lauren and the absolutely outstanding support (and sometimes therapy!) from Amy and Lara in getting us to the point of exchanging. The communication and commitment related to our sale has been second to none - To the point where I am left wondering who I will have regular chats with now, if it's not one of the catch up's with Amy I've become accustomed to?! I would not have a single hesitation in recommending this brilliant team to anyone thinking of listing or looking for a property. Thank you all again, for going above and beyond - You have definitely got a future returning client in me.

They offered sound advice and communicated extremely well. They were quick to respond to any queries and to give feedback from viewings. We would definitely recommend.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.- 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Well what can I say, everything from beginning to end was outstanding! Bethany and Amy are absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond for us with the sale of our house and nothing was too much for them. The whole process was smooth and as painless as it could have been! We cant Thank you enough ladies and the whole team at John Francis!
