5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We are incredibly grateful for the support and advice which Chase (Haywards Heath branch) offered us. Her knowledge of the market was brilliant, she knew the answers to all of our questions. Now isn’t the right time for us to move, yet we appreciated Chase’s approach and professionalism in every interaction we had. When the time is right for us, we will be going back to Chase for her help.- 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Mark Revill and Co were excellent throughout the entire process. The initial assessment and suggested pricing were realistic and the marketing materials very good. We particularly liked the personal approach adopted by Richard and his sales team. We were kept informed throughout the sales process.
Once we had accepted an offer was when the ongoing support came into its own. Theresa did an excellent job keeping us and everyone in the chain informed and up to date. She was a godsend.
This really was an end to end service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

17th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)The service provided by your firm through Stephen, Kate, Luisa and Simon and their colleagues was exemplary and in taking on the sale, you dealt with complications efficiently. I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)We would highly recommend using Carroll Estate Agents. Steven gave excellent guidance prior to us putting the house on the market, and the marketing material he produced was exceptional. He quickly found a buyer and worked hard to push through the sale once the chain was complete. He was approachable and accessible throughout and it was a great pleasure to work with him.

15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’re incredibly grateful to Victoria for helping us find our first home. From our initial enquiry and viewing, through to submitting an offer, completing the referencing process and finally moving in, everything was incredibly smooth and straightforward.

Victoria and the wider Connells team were friendly, helpful and professional throughout, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely hassle-free. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience - thank you!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Highly recommend Gareth Pontin, who helped make buying our first home feel so much less daunting!

We initially went to Gareth with no idea whether we’d even be able to get a mortgage, due to one of us being on a VISA. Gareth was able to access a wide range of lenders that we wouldn’t have been able to approach ourselves, and he made the whole process feel much more straightforward.

Our purchase took longer than expected, but Gareth was able to secure us a new mortgage deal during the process. This meant our interest rate actually decreased, which was a fantastic result!

He also helped us arrange our buildings and life insurance, making the whole process much easier.

We had a really great experience and would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to buy their first home or remortgage. Thank you, Gareth!
