23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

They have provided a fantastic service, from marketing our property, showing potential buyers around, and being available to answer any questions on the way. They very much work as a team, which means there is always someone to answer queries or pass it to the person dealing with it. All personnel are friendly and courteous, and take time to fully explain any queries. I can wholeheartedly recommend Thomas Morris as an excellent company to engage when selling your home.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out.
