All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

He was knowledgeable, transparent and a step by step guide to success, very grateful.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

No question was too much and they helped moved the sale along to a successful conclusion, I can't recommend them more and will be using them again in the future

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I am not one given to writing reviews good or bad, but felt I had to take few moments to express my gratitude to Intercounty Saffron Walden & in particular, Karen Johnson. We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. I wouldn't hesitate in using this agency for any further selling/ purchasing, or letting needs.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Their market knowledge, hard work and ability to get the best results sets them apart from other estate agents.- 8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Simply the best agent in town. We started off with the process of having John coming round to value my parents' house and his knowledge of the market was second to none. As this was a unfamiliar process for myself as well as my parents, he made sure that no questions would be left answered and with his expertise, this gave us the confidence to instruct with William H Brown. Jonah, Isabella & Thomas done the viewings on separate occasions and they were fantastic throughout as they were very knowledgeable about the house as well as the overall area. Lastly, the manager Jack Elston provided perhaps one of the best customer service we had come across in our lifetime. Whilst of course, selling a house can be a waiting game, Jack was phenomenal with his communication as he always kept us up to date how the sale was progressing to the extent that he was even providing updates on solicitors whilst he was on annual leave. Every bit of communication was clear throughout and whilst the thought of selling a house might seem daunting, Jack and the team ensured that the sale would be very smooth. If you are looking to sell your house in Stevenage, then I would truly recommend to go with William H Brown and you will be in great hands with the team.
