They were professional, patient, super helpful (more than our actual lawyers), and got things moving for us to progress through the process. TBH our personal experience of buying the house was awful due to our lawyers but Gary from Connells was the only person that kept us sane.. also bonus he has a good sense of humour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property!

We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.

Working closely with Adam of W H Brown we came up with a sales plan which enabled us to find a cash buyer for the full asking price and all within a week of the property going on the market. Adam delivered a smooth, stress-free process.

27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

You managed to find us the perfect buyer , a great price and exchange and complete in less than 4 months . The whole process was quick, efficient and basically seamless. The marketing of the property was spot on and very professional. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Having bought and sold numerous times previously that certainly is not always the case . We would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to sell . 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.

It wasn't always an easy process, and there were many obstacles along the way, but they went above and beyond to support both my family and me, as well as the buyers.<br><br>Their advice, professionalism, and dedication were second to none. They kept us informed, reassured us whenever challenges arose, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. I can't thank them enough for everything they did, and I would highly recommend Trend & Thomas to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about their clients.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.- 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We were kept informed at every step of the journey selling our property, everything went smoothly on the sale and the process of selling, it also helped a great deal with the solicitors being in house as they can liaise with each other without having to go through us regarding small matters, the team managed our sale and was also very professional and efficient, the person who valued the property was spot on and was instrumental in us choosing Connells due to their local knowledge, putting forward suggestions regarding the potential for the property also, it seems the company are very prominent in the area which I didn't notice until we started selling, there are Connells for sale signs everywhere in the area which is comforting to know, Thank you.
