She kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always quick to answer any questions and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the line. Her communication was excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling a property, I couldn’t recommend Abbie highly enough. Both excelled and both contributed to securing a successful sale.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Kearns Residential Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip, and Maray was our estate agent throughout the whole journey.<br><br>As anyone who has bought a house will know, the process can be stressful, with unexpected delays and plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Maray was there for us from the very beginning until the day we received our keys — and even continued to help us after we had moved in.<br><br>She was always just a text away and was excellent at keeping in touch, regularly following up with us as the buyers, the sellers and the other parties involved. Whenever there was a delay or we needed an update, she would chase things up and do her best to keep everything moving.<br><br>Having Maray there throughout the process made the whole experience much easier and far less stressful. Our purchase was successfully completed, and we really appreciate all the support and effort she put in.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy a property and want an estate agent who is responsive, supportive and genuinely stays involved from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Maray. ????????????
