Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well.
