After being on the market for a while with a different agent and having that sale fall through, I was so impressed by the service of Judy Day in the Sales Progression Team, for the property I was purchasing that I moved my sale to Wards, after which point I found the team in Eynsford Branch to be wonderful. Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things. This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone....
