3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I would never use this company after the experience I’ve had living next to one of there tenants what for 4 years, please be careful as they don’t take no responsibility and the person letting it thinks it’s not there problem<br>Dartford as as bad as old Derrick at Northumberland heath and he was a real bad experience for people I know<br>I recommend wisdom, they are amazing

He was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>The property viewings were easy to arrange, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property and wanting someone helpful and easy to deal with.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.
6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Paul was super helpful from day one — quick to respond, always willing to sort out any hiccups along the way, and made our whole moving process so much smoother. That kind of service is rare. If I could give 7 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

8th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)A total waste of my money. Advertised at a lower price than I stated so was getting stupid offers, not that there were many, 3 in over a year. The last viewer wanted me to let him pay for my home over 5 years.??? Will never use you again and woukd advise my family and friends not to do so either.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.
