9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Awful experience, booked a viewing which was confirmed. When I called the morning of the viewing I was told the property was sold. If I hadn’t called we would have made a long journey for nothing. I was told this information very casually, as if it was no issue, and was promptly recommended another property to look at!

Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We were recommended McConnells through a family member, and from the very first phone call, it honestly felt like a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders.<br><br>From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional, and kept us informed at every single stage of the process. They took the time to understand our requirements and made sure they found a tenant who was not only suitable for our flat, but someone we could feel confident was the right fit.<br><br>Everything was handled so efficiently and quickly, including all of the paperwork and necessary certificates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands.<br><br>I have to give a very special mention to Lisa, who I will be forever grateful to. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She helped arrange a decorator to get the flat ready, organised a gas engineer for the necessary certificates and arranged the electrical certification too. She took care of so many things that could otherwise have been incredibly stressful for us, and she did it all with such care and professionalism.<br><br>The thing that stood out most was how personally they treated us. We never felt like just another landlord or another property on their books. They looked after us as though we were family, and that level of care and attention is something we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly well organised, streamlined and reassuring. We now have complete peace of mind knowing that our flat is in the right place, with the right people and, most importantly, with tenants we feel confident about.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service from McConnells and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a letting agent. He was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>The property viewings were easy to arrange, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property and wanting someone helpful and easy to deal with.

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
