We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
