Throughout our tenancy, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive with everything we needed. We are only moving out because we needed a larger space for our growing family, but we are genuinely sad to leave. They made renting completely stress-free—highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent!

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t recommend Margaret James enough!<br><br>Back in May, after finding a house we loved, we decided to put our own house on the market. Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)This was a terrible experience. I was promised it all and receive nothing. I was told there will be bespoke marketing but I just got a right move and Zoopla add and one social media post. No video even though we suggested it. When the property went on Rightmove there was a “glitch” and the exterior photos were not showing. Nor the floor plan or sizes. After almost a week this got fixed. But the ad wasn’t reset. In less than 2 weeks we were recommended to reduce the price based on a property that sold 2 years ago which was over 1,000 sqf smaller. I was told the agreement was 12 weeks but he had noted 20 weeks and never left me a copy of the agreement. When I gave notice suddenly we had interested parties. I had a toddler and 2 indoor cats and 5,000 sqf to tidy up but he always gave me less than 24hrs notice. Communication was almost like non existence. We would have paid him around 26k yet we had an office number and email to communicate with him. Emails took days office number almost never replied. He was always negative about everything. He then bought on a colleague who was a little more active but still the whole experience was stressful and just dragged. We switched agents and even before the ad went live we had a viewing. Definitely not one I will recommend.
