The sales consultant I had when dealing with viewings and putting in an offer was knowledgeable and honest, and I never felt like I was being squeezed of my money. The other staff such as the sales progressor were all extremely professional and always responded to me in a timely manner and I also liked the sales tracker website Drewery uses. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys on completion. You are in safe hands with Drewery from a buyer's perspective and I would go with them for the future sale of my property.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)This diabolical company, Maria is bad with communication and was meant to send a sales memorandum the month the offer was accepted turns out she didn’t send it until January 3 months after offer was accepted Kept saying oh tenant will be out soon, or oh I’m on really good terms with the tenant… lies And don’t get me started on when you call them and the apprentice guy Thomas tells you Maria will call back and then yeah 3 weeks later oh wait still no call… no email responses If I could give minus 5 I would! Appalling company should be closed down
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had an excellent experience with Dean and the team at Martin & Co so far, great communication and all the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our renting process. Loving our flat, was extremely clean and in great condition for us to move in, has clearly been very well maintained by the company.

17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)The sales progressor Anne for our purchase has been fantastic in helping us handle a tricky repossession purchase but conversations appear to slow down when she's not around. Escalations to the branch manager Paul G for involvement have gone unanswered. Very disappointed that management involvement is not happening here to have the seller expedite progress with their solicitors!
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I had my first interactions with Ellen Roberts who is new to the company, last week. Her responsiveness was excellent and a breath of fresh air. She promised to come back to me and she did without any follow up. She fully understood what we were trying to achieve . Look forward to working with Ellen going forwards and if this level of client service continues Ellen will definitely be a welcome addition to the team.
28th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)My property had an offer in 1 week. I get updates as things progressing. They do not disturb me over the phone as I asked due to be working, but I get emails. We are still at the start of the selling and I know we have a few more months until the finish line, but surely they made a good impression for the start and hopefully that will last throughout the sale process till the end.
10th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Virtually no feedback, only given when we chased. Can’t say they proactively appeared to sell our property. Didn’t vet buyers accurately and sent people whose budget was less than our asking price
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Lawrence and Co recently sold our late Father's house in Hythe. From start to finish we felt so supported and confident with their service . The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We've just listed our house with Reeds Rains in Rye. We were almost certain which estate agent we were going to go for prior to the valuation but completely changed our minds by the end of our first meeting with Guy de Vyea. Detailed valuation, very clear communication and just an all round nice chap. When we were ready to list, he took photos and video including drone footage and we were blown away by the quality of what was put together. Everyone in our families that we've showed it to has said it is on par with Escape to the Country! Absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend more.

29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going- 7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to thank Linzi for being so helpful and patient with us. Sometimes it was difficult to get viewings booked due to myself and husband working shifts and not living locally. Linzi when out of her way to accommodate us. The day we saw Badgers Set, we saw 3 properties, Linzi have excellent knowledge of all three. This is a very big decision for us, as we have lived in our house for 36 years. I would like to say a big Thank you for helping us with our journey. Hopefully we can look forward to being in our new home during the summer.

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Buying and selling a house or flat is a stressful affair so you need a good estate agent. Holly at Anthony Martin wasn’t just good, she was great. Always keping us updated .. she chivvied and chased solicitors, surveyors, mortgage companies (yes they all need it!) with the aim of getting the deal over the line asap, which is what we all want. As sellers, we felt Holly and Anthony Martin always had our best interests at heart. Looking back on the sale of our flat, we made such a good decison to go with Anthony Martin.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
