Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)All those I dealt with at Robinson Jackson, Northumberland Heath were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They kept me informed of all viewings and feedback thereafter. I definitely felt I was in good , expert hands throughout this process.
3rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.
21st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.
29th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

3rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!
20th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Unfortunately, my experience of Skippers Folkestone has been a total nightmare from finding doors unlocked lights left on and even the toilet used despite them being told the water was off after viewings. I have been unable to contact them on several occasions and left message but they have failed on all occasions to ring me back and I have had to continue until I finally got hold of them and all they wanted to do was reduce the price totalling a reduction of £ 75000 below their original valuation during the calls. I finally decided it was time to move on again I was told there was no contract length and depending who I spoke to gave me different answers on how to give notice. I gave notice only to find they took a viewing for the day after they ceased to be the selling agent. Again, the fun began I was unable to get hold of any one, 24 hrs later I had to go to the office due to them failing to return the call. I was then subject to the most appalling onslaught of excuses. After realising they weren't going to accept any responsibility or listen to my experience I left being told I could cancel the viewing or do it myself to which I agreed to do. later that day I received a phone call telling me I was unfit to do the viewing and they would HAVE to do the viewing. I contact the owner to say how disgusting this comment was and for him explain why it had been ok for me to do viewing previously and yet now I was being told I was unfit to do this viewing. All I can say is MY experience of Skippers Folkestone has been a total nightmare and caused so much stress I would NEVER recommend them to anybody.
13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Sadly, whilst we viewed a number of different properties through Hunters, it wasn't one of theirs we chose to offer on. However, every time we arranged a viewing it was conducted excellently by the always courteous and hugely knowledgeable Jayden. His attention to details is amazing and he clearly gets to know his clients and buyers needs in detail. I would be happy for Jayden to market my property in future and would highly recommend him if you live along the south coast.

28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Cooke & Co Estate Agents, Broadstairs<br><br>My experience with Cooke & Co Estate Agents in Broadstairs was extremely disappointing. They were instructed to sell our three-bedroom semi-detached house, situated in an exclusive area,of St Peters but unfortunately failed to achieve a sale during the six months the property was on the market with them.<br><br>During this time, we also experienced significant delays and what we considered to be inadequate communication. On two occasions, prospective buyers went through the process without the necessary financial background checks being successfully completed, which resulted in considerable time being wasted.<br><br>Communication was another major issue. On several occasions, it took up to two weeks to receive a response to emails, which was extremely frustrating when trying to progress the sale of our property.<br><br>We also found that other members of the office appeared unable to make decisions without obtaining approval from one person overseeing the process, which, in our experience, contributed to further delays.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Cooke & Co was totally disappointing. We feel that six months were wasted, and the lack of communication, delays, and issues surrounding prospective buyers made the whole process unnecessarily frustrating.<br><br>The Property was listed with Wards of Broadstairs and sold within three weeks.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would not recommend Cooke & Co Estate Agents in Broadstairs to anyone<br><br>Says it all.

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.
