What amazing staff this branch (and Bearsted) have. Ive had enormous problems with my conveyancing company when trying to purchased a house being offered on the market through Wards of Headcorn, but they all went above and beyond to help me resolve every issue with amazing speed and professionalism, (couldn't leave a review without mentioning Sally who is their sales progressor, super brilliant with help and support even when I was tearful on the end of the phone) . If I ever move again ( which i don't intend to) i would only use Wards. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you all

Jamie is an absolute LEGEND.
We met him at a house viewing and he immediately shined! We'd seen so many houses and had been scarred by various estate agents not really caring enough to listen to our needs and therefore wasting our time with totally inappropriate houses.
Jamie not only listened but he FOUND US OUR DREAM HOME!
His friendly manner, communication and transparency from start to finish is unlike anything we've experienced while looking for our next home and we will be forever grateful to him for his excellence and determination!
Because of him, we switched from our estate agents to Wards for the sale of our property and have now accepted an offer on that too.
All in all - very impressed.

Michael is amazing!! We viewed a number of properties with him, always knowledgeable about the property we were viewing and if he didn't know the answer to a particular query, we had a phone call by the end of the day! We sold our property with Wards. Maddie & Russell are both excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Maddie kept us up to date at all times, she always returned our calls and replied to emails. They both made the process of selling our property stress free. We had been with another Estate Agent before going to Wards. I only wished we had gone to them sooner!
If you live in Headcorn and plan on selling your property, go to Wards. You won't regret it. Thanks Maddie and Russel, you have both been great!!
