Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

He has communicated with us throughout each process and always been there for any questions we have had. I would highly recommend Moloney Country Property.
2nd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)In the last 5 years I’ve been renting and have dealt with a few different agencies. George Webb Finn is hands down the best agency. Phillip has been amazing through out and helped resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. We found Phillip to not only look out for the landlord and the property but for us as well which was really refreshing. We are so sorry to not be renting through them at this time but in the future they would be the first company we phone for future rentals or even when we decide to buy.

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. I've had bad experiences with estate agents before, and working with Tim was a relief. He talked straight, kept us informed at every step, and offered invaluable advice to help us navigate the entire process of selling our flat smoothly. His photos were fantastic, great communication and his guidance made a real difference. He genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.

13th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Great customer service, very polite, I had josh who gave me a curtesy call just to let me know that their office was being refurbished and that he would meet me outside to give me my keys for my property to save me getting dirty or paint on me. I appreciated this highly, would highly recommend to ask for josh as he was great help. I'm very appreciative of all the efforts from reddoor homes.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Traveled nearly 3 hours to view a property they had up for sale with my family. Only to be told half an hour before the viewing that they had received 3 offers on the property, one above the asking price and one just below. Then told there was no point coming down to see it and asked to turn back around. Not only did I waste time and effort, we scheduled our days off to come and see this place and no one had the balls to call or email day before to say there were offers on the property and there’s a chance it may not be available after they speak with the owner. Wasted fuel, time, effort and money only to be told with half an hour to go. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they had only just found out, (all three, one above the asking price and one just under + another offer all came in that morning did it? In this stagnant market! Okay) and that the property actually had structural issues and was probably no good to me anyway. Next time you make a mistake just put your hand up, say sorry we go go to call you and let you know, offer to pay atleast the bloomin dart charge as a gesture of goodwill and atleast you can make people think you care. It’s a shame because I’m looking to move specifically into the area that property is located and I’ll be avoiding this estate agent entirely now. Can’t wait to hear what excuse they come up with in their reply (if they reply).

Dee’s understanding of the property market through her considerable and invaluable years of experience meant that she knew exactly how to advertise the property to attract the perfect buyer for the house. I felt complete confidence in Dee’s approach and we completed on the sale within 9 weeks of receiving an offer for the full asking price. Not only did Dee keep me fully informed about what to expect throughout the entire process, she also went above and beyond in terms of the practical and emotional support that often goes when leaving your home. Quite simply, I could not have managed without Dee and for anyone looking for a more personal approach to selling their home, Dee is nothing short of exceptional and I cannot recommend her more highly.

We were never rushed and Andrew gave us lots of time to view the property by ourselves and discuss as a couple. Although neither were for us at this time, they've been the best agents we've dealt with so far!

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
