5th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later. We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

28th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Worst experience with this letting people. Their accomodatios are dirty and unkempt. They lie and make up small stuff so that they won't refund back the deposit after moving out. Worst letting company in Canterbury.
4th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.

15th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Left without a working boiler and no phone calls or updates 11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating. 15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.
