3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)If you’re a student, I do NOT recommend this company. You’re genuinely better off somewhere else unless you already know that everyone you’re living with is clean and trustworthy.<br><br>They don’t seem to care who is actually neglecting the house and will make it everyone’s problem, even if there is evidence that you personally are taking care of the house. I sent over 10 emails about the poor living conditions I had to deal with because I was placed with people I didn’t know who were constantly neglecting the house, and nothing really improved. There were also multiple noise complaints from different people in the house.<br><br>The way they handle complaints is honestly horrible. They basically just send out emails reminding everyone of the rules and that’s it. There don’t seem to be any actual consequences. You can keep complaining and explaining the situation, but it feels like nothing actually gets done.<br><br>Me and my partner also went to a viewing before they showed us another house and, honestly, to no surprise, the house was a complete mess. It was genuinely disgusting and made me question what some of their other shared/HMO properties are like.<br><br>If you’re thinking about renting with them, please read more reviews, especially reviews about their HMO/shared properties, before you make a decision.<br><br>Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and I would personally look somewhere else.

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)If the care that they take with their business is anything like the care they take when driving in their cars, absolutely wouldn't recommend. This evening I had a Jenkins Estate Agents car try to perform a dangerous undertake as two lanes merged and squeeze in in front of me, behind the car I had already given way to. The driver then aggressively used their horn and proceeded to tailgate me. At the next junction the driver used the right hand lane (indicated for right turns only) to illegally go straight ahead in an attempt to cut in front of me. I wouldn't use a company whose representatives are aggressive, inconsiderate and dangerous. I can only imagine this is indicative of the service you can expect from this company.

Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!
7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing
