18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I missed a call from them on Friday 12th June in which they asked about my availability for viewing a property. I called them back several times and left voicemails/enquired about the property again online and was ignored. Found out this is because they are marketing for Lomond who is a company that seems to have bought every new build in Upton and are being selective about who lives in their properties (besides using affordability as a measure, which would make sense in itself). Meaning myself and pregnant partner missed out on a chance to move into a larger house prior to the baby being born.<br>Would rate them lower if I could - would not recommend renting or buying through William H Brown/Lomond.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is purely a review for johnny at Jackson Grundy, I just want to say how much I appreciate the way Jhonny has looked after us during our ongoing house?hunting journey. He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot. We’ve dealt with so many estate agents and most of them just disappear off the radar. Jhonny has been the ONLY one who has stayed consistent, loyal, and genuinely helpful! His honesty and communication have really stood out us! Thank you, Jhonny — your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it! Hope we see more of you! ??????

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

22nd Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We have used Lessthan1% on two separate occasions. This was the second property Rob sold for us and we found his services to be second to none. Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!

Professionally handled and good logical advice provided. We haven't had an agent as good as this before. They take all the pressure off. They are happy to give good professional advice to help beyond what they need to.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

She helped me get settled and ensured that everything was transparent throughout the process, which made moving into the home I had wanted for so long a smooth and stress-free experience. 31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
