28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Agent decided to stop booking in viewings even though we weren’t happy with the offer received, and lied about it. Fees are astronomical, service mediocre. Would never use or recommend Dawson’s and I have heard many similar stories.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The sale was made in very difficult circumstances due to the state of the economy. Obviously it took longer than we hoped but eventually we got the sale over the line. Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We initialy delt with Amanda who was very helpful and sent us details of houses we might be interested in. We arranged to view some properties and met with Michelle. We were extremely happy with our viewing and can only thank Michelle for her knowledge, proffessionalism and politeness. 29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Swansea Property Agents who helped and supported us securing a 2 bedroom rented property.<br>The process was smooth, the Agents were completely approachable and non judgemental toward my own adverse credit history, thereby having understanding that a difficult history can be circumstantial in regards to that matter.<br>My partner and I were very happy to deal with this buisness and we felt looked after and cared for throughout the application and process.- 6th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

4th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I viewed two houses today with Carys and she was honestly fab! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made the whole viewing experience feel really relaxed. I’ve viewed a few houses recently and Carys was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. If I were selling a house, I’d definitely want someone like her showing buyers around. Diolch to Carys and the team – looking forward to viewing more properties with you soon!

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As a first time buyer, the whole process can be daunting at times, but No. 86 were fantastic from viewing to completion.<br>I viewed several properties with different estate agents but the best by far was No. 86. They were friendly, honest, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about every house in their portfolio. Communication was brilliant, and I'm glad the home I found was listed with them because I'm not sure I would have had the same service from other well-known estate agents. A really wonderful team who have all the property expertise, but also genuinely care about their clients.

It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before.
