Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

From that great result we were able to choose the right buyer for our home and from there the communications with your team were excellent. A big shout out to Fern Shilvock for her excellent customer service and communications. I have paid your bill knowing you guys were worth every penny. Thank you for getting us on our way to the coast!

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company.
