11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience with Tom Giles & Co regarding my viewing at 50 Bristnall Hall Road, Oldbury.<br><br>We agreed a specific appointment time in advance, but a staff member later called to change it completely. Worse still, she mistakenly shared another person’s personal details with me a serious breach of data protection and confidentiality.<br><br>She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had no basic manners. When I tried to discuss all these mistakes, she hung up on me mid-conversation.<br><br>Chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. They cannot manage appointments or protect personal information. I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to stay well away.

Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

They kept me informed throughout and were always happy to help with any questions. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable lettings agent.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Royal Estates.<br><br>From the day I informed the agency that I would be leaving the property, I felt I was treated unfairly and constantly pressured. It has been over two months of unnecessary stress and frustration.<br><br>I rented 90 Habberley Road, Rowley Regis, and before leaving I made every effort to return the property in good condition. Despite having recently undergone a C-section, I informed the agency about my medical condition, yet I was still asked to clean the property twice and carry out repairs before handing over the keys. I did everything they requested.<br><br>Despite all of this, my entire deposit was kept. I was never provided with an itemised breakdown of deductions, quotations, invoices, or any opportunity to discuss or challenge the deductions before the deposit was released. Finding out afterwards that the full deposit had been paid to the landlord was extremely upsetting.<br><br>I also found the communication throughout the process to be very poor. In my experience, the agency manager, Govya McCaw, was unprofessional and extremely rude. Instead of helping to resolve concerns fairly, I felt dismissed and treated without respect.<br><br>As a tenant, I expected transparency, fairness and open communication. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and unsupported during what was already a difficult time after major surgery and caring for a newborn baby.<br><br>I have now contacted the Deposit Protection Service to investigate what happened with my deposit and am awaiting their response.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this agency and this house. I hope they improve the way they communicate with tenants and handle deposit disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

From that great result we were able to choose the right buyer for our home and from there the communications with your team were excellent.
