5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Bad people I tried every way to meet them in the middle in a way that proves we can work with each other I tried to prove my hardest that I have a stable job I showed them my statements and my job details and prove of pay and my warehouse company absolute the worst they didn’t even give me my deposit back it’s always been the workers doing a poor job

Mike was very good arranging photo’s and appointments around us and work which was challenging but not an issue at all. He has vast knowledge and a lovely guy. Even replying to emails late in the evening - complete dedication! Both Georgina and Shaniya have been polite and answered all questions and emails promptly. Shaniya arranged a viewing recently and kept my 8 year old daughter amused counting things with her so she wasn’t under our feet, this is what I love about Spencers’s. Shaniya didn’t need to do this but she was amazing and went above and beyond and we our so thankful so I felt I needed to write a review.

He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

Matt, Sarah, Harry and Donna were all professional and friendly. Matt saw the house to value it and explained how it should be priced to get maximum interest. He was right as we ended up with more than the asking price. The team managed all our viewings which saved us time and travelling. Communication was very good by Email and kept us informed every step of the way. 11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them. Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop. On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns. To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers. Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Jackie was proactive, straight-talking and actually pushed things along when others were dragging their feet. Communication was spot on throughout and we always knew where we stood. Really impressed and would 100% recommend.
