12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I had an excellent experience with BM Estates. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently which made renting through them very easy and stress free. Communication was always prompt, clear and helpful and the whole team was really friendly. They were always understanding, accommodating and willing to help, which I really appreciated. Special thanks to Naz and Aaran for their support throughout! ??????
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.
1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
