3rd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.

1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Disorganised viewing and poor customer experience We visited a property through Tanners Properties Nottingham, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The agent arrived late, and multiple groups were allowed to view the property at the same time. It felt more like an auction than a proper viewing, with no structure or consideration for individual applicants. The agent made little effort to engage—there was no proper introduction, no guidance during the viewing, and he simply stood aside while people walked around. At the end, he briefly mentioned the application process, which involves completing forms that go very deep into personal details. I understand background checks are necessary, but the level of information requested felt excessive and intrusive. It’s also surprising that a company operating this way doesn’t manage proper appointment slots or a more professional system. Background checks could easily be handled through established services like Experian or ClearScore, rather than putting all the burden on applicants. It gave the impression they are trying to cut costs at the expense of customer experience. Although the property itself was good, the service was poor enough that we decided not to proceed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

8th May 2026 (1 day ago)I have been very impressed with Page &Co from the start. The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
