31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . 19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)It is honestly the best company in Leicester their valuation was spot on and they had given me a valuation which was way more than I was expecting the communication was good and they had guided me to selling my property I would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone
19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Signed a deal and when I went in to collect the paperwork the next day they had a deal that would have been a thousand pounds cheaper and they just laughed when I said why didn't you wait a day to sign the paperwork?? Also, the communication is non-existent and an absolute abomination. First for sale sign looked like it had been shot at The pictures were good but the house sold itself went on second viewing. And in reply to Jason's reply. There were not numerous sales progression calls, communication as per my post above was scant, you ignored my email asking for assistance in buying an onward property till I chased by phone. Your colleague was very sheepish when I pointed out the deal which was not available until the day after I signed my contract and was never mentioned previously.
